His "grip is solid" and he's being a bit rough (hehehe), but she "can't say no" because she is "taken by [him]" / really likes the guy.

i'm not pretty enough = I'm not good enough for you
i'm drunk as fuck = but I don't care because I'm drunk as fuck
Then she goes on to say "I'm yours... you win... are you happy?" because she wants him to be happy.
