Oliver Stone was a director/screenwriter of Jewish descent back in the late 80's/early 90's. Audrey Hepburn was a well-known actor (though not starring in any of his films). I think that what max is saying is he wants her (I would believe he means Sherri, his wife) to be some sort of star in the movie he is directing that is his life because he finds her incredible. That's just my interpretation though, it may be completely wrong.
