I can agree with most of what is said, but I don't believe he is looking at a picture.
"This is a black and white of you I found" To me, this sounds more like an analogy to me. Basically like he is saying a memory he is having of an old time, or a "black and white" moment in the past. Maybe before things changed between them and when things were at their best. I'm sure anyone can relate to that, and you are thinking of your own situation like this.
Basically a song about kind of holding on to someone you deeply care for, and not knowing if it's time to fix things, or as he alludes to in the song, move on because you cant hold on anymore. This situation is described perfectly here.
"I'm gonna miss you everyday
I turn my back on anyone who won't believe
And it gets lonely, still
It gets lonely, still"
This is where you get the feeling he wont listen to anyone who says bad things about the situation or the person. It has to be hard to stick up for someone who must be hurting you, but if the feelings are true, you unknowingly do it.
"I hang you up and then I pull you down" to me sounds like a reference to being unable to move on. As in by hanging you up, he is giving up, or like the saying in sports: "hanging up the cleats" for people who retire. But then he "pulls you down" or falls right back into feelings for the girl. Again, everyone has and does feel this. Some people can really make you want to give up, but you still hold on.
And the most amazing line I think I've heard from Yellowcard:
"I don't hear music anymore
My ears are tired of all the pictures in the words
Cause you are in them, still."
Such beautiful lyrics that really makes perfect sense. Relating feelings to music is a source of healing and here, he is saying he doesn't hear music but rather memories that get stirred up, and he gets caught up in the memories he sees that are produced by the lyrics in the song. Because he isn't going to "hang you up", because he is enamored even through the pain. The power of words are amazing, and this is an example of stirring powerful feelings from such well-put lyrics.
