I know what this song is about, and I know this album is a concept album but I don't see how this song goes with the album if it is part of the concept. It may not be which is totally cool I was just wondering if this had any relevance to the cd or not. Whether it does or not this is one of my favorites on the cd.

I think the link with the concept is this: After God and the devil disappear after their final battle (the finisher) the people of the world are left to wonder what will happen next (as explained by Micah in an interview about this concept album). I think this song is written from the point of view of one of those people who were left behind and that person is trying to make a point being that the human race is and has always been sinful and driven by it. I've based on the lines: "We're going back to the darkest hours, where...

I think it does fit in, you just have to look at it in a different light (I thought the same thing at first). It's almost similar to the song "Dealers of Fame" (the sixth track off of this album, which references the Dnepropetrovsk maniacs who were responsible for a string of murders in 2007) - in the way that it steps away from the direct storyline/concept of the album. I think the band/Micah is trying to demonstrate the chaos that is caused by religion, seeing as the Nahariya attack was an attack by Palestinians onto Israelis.
