I think the song is about someone who is mentally ill and the person they are with doesn't understand they need help and just tells them to "live with it"...
Why do you like playing around with my narrow scope of reality - when you have a mental disorder/illness and are not on medication or in therapy your scope of reality is narrowed...either to depression, mania, anxiety, etc.

It's all the same you say, live with it - A lot of people don't realize that when a person is mentally ill they can't just "get over it"...it's a chemical imbalance/deficiency and needs to be corrected with medication and therapy
