I think this song is about someone who is perhaps a little over sensitive/self-conscious "Hey, Snow White-" who is being consoled over general insecurity "-it's going to be alright".
The insecurity comes from when your life or something you are a part of/associate with "the company" goes from being private to public. The way to overcome anxiety that might come from that loss of privacy is to love who you are so it can stand the test of public scrutiny. That's how you can win some.
