After listening to a couple different versions, I'm sure the last line in the first verse is
"When I deposit your body in the dovecote, darling, tomorrow"
The line before that I can't make out but after "just know that" it definitely sounds like it's something with more syllables than "I'll drive so." Last word could very well be "sorrow" but not 100% sure.
