I feel like this song is about sex. I just get that vibe! The whole not caring about the world, and not wanting another word until morning - "where do I end and where do you begin?". The whole "feed off me/sinking teeth in" makes me think he wants her to feel what he's feeling, feed off the intensity and passion of the moment.
