I think that this is the point in the album where it becomes less a collection of songs, and more of a complete work, specifically at the lines "and I'm headed for a breakdown".
However, I think Say it Out and Still Young are the songs that stand up better outside of the context of the album, whereas Man Inside needs the songs before and after it to have it's impact. (not necessarily listening to the whole album at once, but you have to have done that at some point to fully 'get' the song)
