I usually look up the meaning of songs here rather than figuring them out myself, but there's no other comments on the meaning and after going through the lyrics twice, i might have an idea. I think it has to do with Dave wanting to get away from all fans/press/news about him. But i think he wants him and his wife specifically (and his kids) to get away from it all. Also, he played this song a lot starting 2010 and took a huge break 2011 (except for the few caravan shows).
