But I really think that Nathan feels this way about himself sometimes (I'm sure he doesn't hit his girlfriend, because in Earth Tour he seemed to really love her... If they're still together...)and from my understanding, Nathan can get really out of control sometimes and get really upset.
The parts that stick out most is the "Sorry for the sores and the holes in my heart..." "I'm sorry I'm a fucking monster." And basically the entire "Broken lamp man with telephone injuries" paragraph.
