The first few lines of the song talk about the four characters:

All my atrocities Come by way of reciprocity

This talks about Dempsey and how all the terrible things he did in the war was justifed by good intentions I guess...

I'm chewing the bones of my own reprieve

Dr. Richtofen helped create the zombies and now he is fighting and killing his creations.

Death be my dignity Execute hemlock philosophy

This is talking about Takeo, and that the Japanese would kill themselfs with hemlock, a poison, rather than get captured by the enemy.

Poison fills the cup of the carpenter

Nikolai was once a carpenter as he said in his quotes in Kino Der Toten and 'the posion fills the cup' refers to vodka he drinks.

NO! Love lost on me

The four men don't waste time on friendship as they mostly insult each other.

MORE! Life so costly

It costs points to open doors, buy guns, etc.

No reason For grieving

I'm guessing this means that they wont grieve over what has been lost.

No LOVE LOST ON ME More LIFE SO COSTLY

Ditto to the above...

Bring me down with SEVEN POINT SIX TWO HIGH VELOCITY 7.63 high velocity is a gun called Nato standard rifle round with the velocity referring to the round loaded with more black powder to have greater muzzle velocity.

I can see them everywhere They're all around me They're waiting for me

The zombies had surrounded and are waiting for the survivors to make a move.

Descending Unrelenting The zombies will never stop chasing after them

just wanted to clarify, 7.62 High Velocity refers to the BULLET fired by most of NATO's standard heavier automatic weapons, as the 5.56 mm bullet is slightly more widely used. The 'high velocity', as you said does refer to the amount of powder that is packed into the cartridge to increase the velocity and devastating capability of the round. the 7.92mm round was used by the Nazis' machine-guns in the Second World War. that was not a typo, i looked it up, haha. otherwise, yeah, i definitely agree with you on everything else.
