I'm constantly stalking for similarities between Noel's stuff and Liam's stuff. There are a lot of lyrics from both referring to the sea. I wonder if it's a common thing or if one got influenced by the other. The sea is very poetic in many ways I guess
Like here Noel wants to "run away to sea" where "forever we'd be free" whereas Liam wants to go "out to sea" cause "it's the only place I honestly can get myself some peace of mind" and, of course, "all I wanna do is live by the sea" cos "it's good to be free." :) Then again, "if you're lost at sea well I hope that you drown." And they did play live by the sea, yes...?
