Diving in the Deep End

I think it's about her taking a huge risk on something when others probably told her not to and her gut probably did too, but she did it anyway and now she is saying she should have kept her eyes opened and realized that this was not going to be a good idea.

I think she is saying that she has made these bad decisions before and is annoyed she made them again.
