I've been listening to this for several days and here is what I have for the lyrics. A few differences from above, especially the last verse.

I think Penguinchao has the basic meaning correct. Mozambique seems to be slang for shooting someone twice in the chest and once in the head (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Mozambique). He never says he killed her, though, just shot her. Also the rat poison could mean he tried to poison her first, but she "kept pokin" so then he shot her. That last verse says she "walked away", so I think he shot her three times but can't find the body. Which means either his story is bullshit or she's the walking dead.
