"Right now I'm heading home, got sounds of nature volume one in my headphones, and half a bottle of prednisone" and definitely "2 for 1 specials if you order shoulder devils" and I think the last part, I'm not positive but I think the line " Head slow, running out of petrol, but I won't let go of this gas pedal until I'm settled and they finally "WET" me with that sweet blind security so insecure and messy" I think it's "wet" because it kind of sounds like this may be a reference to crying maybe? that's always been my take on it anyways. and to me this song is about the "fuck it" mentality of our generation, and how everyone seems to have to work shit jobs, like gas station clerks and shit, and also how doctors these days seem to have a pill they prescribe for everything.
