I absolutely adore this song!!!! It's probably my favourite on the album (but I do love all of them):)
I think that it's about someone who's very fragile (for any reason - insecurity, illness, previously been hurt in a relationship) and then they meet someone who is just perfect - 'too good to be true'. So the song is like a warning to this perfect person, saying "I'm fragile, and I need you to be there for me when I need you. I need you to understand that you 'make me weak' and I'm giving my heart to you, so please, please look after it"
