I agree this song has to do with moving on but I also think it has to do with the fact that no one ever really takes her emotions, or her, seriously. "What me worry? I never do." I feel that's just her saying of course I'm always fine, sarcastically to those who always expect her to be. Especially "I'm always amused and amusing you". Whoever this is about expects her to be happy all the time, but of course she isn't. She's stuck in a place where no one takes her seriously and she wants to leave this relationship but realizes its going to be confusing to an extent because as he shes it she's always amused.
I know St. V talks about not being taken seriously a lot and how it bothers her which is one reason I think this.
I also love the line "Stir the dust underneath the thrust of my clicking heels" She makes so many wonderful Wizard of Oz references in her songs!
