I guess it is about not letting yourself go.. you know, like when you are at a really low point in your life and you can't see the sense of your existence anymore.. because you only see all those bad things happened to you. When you think that you will lose anyways and don't even give things a try..
The song captures this feelings and tries to tell you that you won't be able to solve your problems when you don't even try to.. I think this is the main point Sum wanna mention with this song.
