This song has alot of meanings. It obviously references the Is This It album, and yes, the that album was their best. Its a reference to Julian's wife and their relationship. Its a reference to the relationship to his bandmates. Its about how one moment you are madly in love with your significant other or close to friend, and the next moment your completely at odds with one another. But at the end of the day, the love you have for each other brings you back and wait for things to work themselves out. Beautifully and cleverly written song.
