I think this song is about a man who is angry with a woman, and is there to tell her off. Her husband is a brute, but a scared one because maybe the man is much bigger or strikes fear in the husband. In the end, the husband and the man are about to get into some kind of fight, and the man knows he is gonna win, so he hopes that "If he's going down, If he's going under the ground, I hope he takes you too", referring to the husband and his wife. This is just speculation and what this song means to me. Its an amazing song, as well as every song on this album.
