I think this song is about accepting God like Chaseroonie said but also about letting God change you, from the inside out. You feel free, you feel light, and you feel passionate when God is in your heart, so she's saying that she's breaking the chains of the world or sin. But she's realistic about it- she knows she's going to fail somewhere down the line, she's going to make mistakes because she's not perfect.
But even with that knowledge of failure, she can still find strength in God because she knows He's right there beside her, forgiving her and encouraging her along the way. I love God :)
