So I've been trying my best a layman Radiohead fan to decipher all the references. It makes me feel dumb to do because its much more obvious when you have the lyrics written down. Here's what I have so far:
The first static break is obviously a reference to Fitter Happier
The second static break is where it gets fun:

Dollars & Cents
225 I have to think references 2+2=5
Anyone Can Play Guitar ("Anyone can buy a car")

Fifth static break:

I'd think that Tom Bell is named Tom for Thom York
