I think at "With the (race/rise/rice?)over" he's saying "With the rains over". And I agree that it's iPhones. It seems to go with the song and the album. This is the same album that has living Decorations, no? It would seem as a compliment to it in a more hopeful feeling. It seems to be traveling the materialism ideals, as our society has been get-going to much to realize. One thing that separates my love for Maps and Atlases compared to other similar bands is the lyric intensity. Then again, I don't associate Maps and Atlases with other bands just...
