This may be way off, but to me it seems like he is talking about Christianity. The "King" is God/Jesus and the "of those who know" refers to how you will not be saved if you do not know about him.
"Save me from hope that Ill be saved" may refer to how he thinks that it is dumb to send people who "know" to heaven while sending others to hell just because they don't know, regardless of how they lived their lives.
"We raise the vibratory level so high, that all untruth will fall of it's own dead weight" might mean that people are more intelligent now, so that they might be able to disprove Christians with science.
"Our karmas all been burned
The molecules emerge
In a world beyond this world
We dare, speak the word"
This may be talking about how, if God does exists, when those who didn't live Christian lives die and do get judge in front of God, would they dare argue with him on right and wrong?
"King of those who know
Into the pure abode"
Here, the pure abode may be heaven.
A lot of it seems to be metaphor also, but, to me, a few lines seem to bring out the meaning of this song.
