I have a really tough time interpreting this, but I can probably say this is about an angel... or rather, a demon in disguise.
Poison mercury dreams--pretty heavy, negative imagery. Same goes for the vine bleeds divine screams. I think that this is either a demon in disguise of an angel, or that angels actually ARE demons.
