Great song! One of my favorites on this solid new 311 release. Both the music and the lyrics were written by Nick Hexum. It's very apparent it's an ode to ending self-destructive/self-medicating habits and overcoming anxiety and confusion associated with being young. In the end, clarity and peace are found. Some of my favorite lines that I can definitely apply to my personal life are "I would always have to do a double, a double cuz one just ain't enough
