How has no one commented on this beautiful song yet?

I absolutely adore this song. And the acoustic version... mmm. Beauty defined.

I personally think the lyrics speak of manic love. In psychology there are six 'styles' of love: -Eros, which is stereotypical Disney-movie styled love, the 'hopeless romantics' are usually here -Ludus, in which love is little more than a game -Storge, where love develops out of friendship -Pragma, where people think realistically and practically about the people they love; Wikipedia describes it as 'shopping-list love' -Agape, where lovers are entirely selfless (think Forrest Gump) -and lastly Mania, in which lovers feel that they "need" their partner. Manic lovers look to their others as a means of escape from life's troubles, and therefore feel totally helpless without them.

"Could you map this globe" followed by lines of the speaker's deep troubles. And then those four honest, desperate words "cut me open please". The speaker's speaking to someone he relies on to get through.
