i think this song basically means that the only good thing from the man she's referring to in this song, is another baby. he's so useless for anything else, "needed a fight as an excuse to get away from me..." "no more chains that you gave me..." definitely shows how the relationship is basically dead. There is no hope to make it better so she's being honest, all that she wants is another baby.
