The second question mark sounds about right... but I've heard some of the other lyrics differently..
"and his pulse comes tattooed" to me is "and his postcode's tattooed"
and
"my pulse will rocket fuel to whoever's next" should be "I pass the rocket fuel to whoever's next"
which would make sense considering the previous line.
