This is obviously a Christian song, whether you want it to be or not. And, I absoloutly love it. I first heard it on the "X" top Christian rock hits cd. Some of the lines really hit home, like "I was too scared to start, now I'm too scared to let go." Being a Christian is hard to jump in to, but once you've really got it, it's scarier to let go. Also, "These hands aren't holding me down, never again will I be without." I'm guessing it means he's raising his hands in worship, and he knows that he'll never be without God's love again. And the whole point of the song "Take me as I Am", like what jciscool said, it doesn't matter what we've done, God will take us as we are.
