@samwalton that song seems more like it's about someone who's insane telling his alternate personality to give him peace, but cool reference to the title though. About the song itself, this was released in 1983, and he married Sharon in 1982, who he claims he fell in love with in the 70s according to his biography, when she helped manage Sabbath with her father. Before they married though, Sharon was in a relationship with someone named Adrian (said to be the S.A. in the song S.A.T.O., the other half being Ozzy and his first wife.) This song is probably the feeling he felt during that time (81 I believe) that he could finally express now that they were together. That's my theory.
