Pretty obvious what the song means...'she' screwed up, maybe told 'him' 'she' was through and now 'she' regrets it, and wants to be anything and everything for 'him',because 'she' loves 'him'.
As far as who did it better(between avril and leona...) leona's voice I just don't think was meant for this song. Leona has a great voice, don't get me wrong, but I just like Avril's better...and Avril DID originally write it...and I'm a fan of all of Avril's other songs...so maybe I'm just bias...but I prefer Avril's for sure, hands down. And no, Leona didn't ruin the song, she somehow didn't do that for me, like I've said a bajillion times though, mehhh avril's is better...mhmmm.
