I agree with torifife, that's definitely what it sounds like to me, and the name of the song is "We Have All We Ever Wanted" so that makes sense.
It's funny, with the lyrics the way YACHT implied by the title, the song seems to be accepting and positive about the effects that new technology brings to human beings. Except for the "digital decay" thing, but that could be sarcastic. And with the lyrics heard as "We've had all we've ever wanted", "digital decay" seems a real threat. I would venture to guess that the OP of the lyrics has a negative outlook on technology, and would like a return to some basic way of living they perceive as superior to the complexity of ours. I don't feel like YACHT shares this view, as they're generally a very progressive thing.
