He's talking about all the girls he has/was/or is in love with and that his desire will even push him to cheating/breaking up with. That's how I see it anyways. He's cheated/ or broken enough hearts and made enough enemies.
@YTG I agree completely. He's reflecting on his past actions with relationships being promiscuous or maybe he did it the right way and broke up first, just to move on. Probably not. And that's just an honest look at this person's life which is very real to talk about.
