When someone is described as "two-bit," they're being called a whore. The term dates back to when bits were used as currency, and two-bits was very cheap (about 25¢), so the spreader here is calling this "filthy rotten criminal" a 25¢ whore, hence the "two-bit" line.
It's definitely not "too-big." I don't think the person that the speaker is singing about is overweight, and I don't think her size is the problem that caused them to break up. Context clues would tell you that she's somewhat of a whore.
