for me this is both about her worrying and wondering about what the big brother is doing, but its also about their relationship as siblings from they were kids and longing back to that. She wants him back to how he was; not toiling for fancy cars, money and insubstantial things like we see on tv, but rather being present in the moment, with his family and both feet on the ground.
