But Since the site is about song meaning i will give my interpration of it :
I beleive the song is about cheating on Lola, In the first verse he describes how Lola was with him before it happened, 'Sticking like toffee to my teeth' shows how Lola was dead clingy with him, then he had enough of her and says enoughs enough, then when he hits the chorus hes saying that there are plenty of pretty ladies around him he cant resist.
He then goes on to show that he was aware of his mistake and he then becomes the clingy one, but Lola refuses to accept his apologise and gets angry 'so sticky, in the heat, Lola gets angry', Over meat, which will be the girl but then says 'and who i did' which again suggests he could have cheated.
'Push out' makes me think that Lola has push himself of the person who he cheated with out of her life and last sing that was said was the shouting at last line in the verse.
