Actually, that's one of my favorite lines in the song. It's so powerful for me. I kind of think of that whole first verse as her taking on the persona of someone that's been made fun of and called names so many times that she believes them to be true. They called her a bitch so she says, "I'm a bitch," ect. Anyways, it makes me think that her hypothetical parents may have told her she ruined their lives, and that's why she's saying that. (Not saying her real parents actually said that lol)
