I gather it is about either a new relationship or a rekindled love. You're so caught up in the endorphins of having this new person in your life that everything is kind of glazed over - you think of nothing else but that person.
And while you're riding that high you seem invincible; you feel as though you could accomplish anything. You're on top of the world. However; you fail to realize that this feeling will fade eventually and you will be brought back to the real world. You become scared that this feeling will fade and you will go back to how you felt before: sad... alone...
