I agree with you leeps, exactly...but there is no specific reference to what type of urge. It's the person's acknoledgement that they have an uncontrollable urge that no fear can suppress and giving in is an eventuality...these scenario's create really emotional imagery, but there is only question left when you feel no power to control a urge, where is the edge of the urge, how far would u go and where does that lead to...and is there anything u believe that will at least give u comfort knowing there is a boundary...
