I think the song is saying that everyone sees famous people and envies them...so they try to be like them...and she says things like..."we dont care what you think sorry"...she is saying that we dont care if you ridcule us for being famous and glamorous.....and "dont bet afraid to shake that butt right"...which i think means that its ok express your inner fame...;3....also, i think that the song title "Sexy Ugly"...is saying that "Ugly" meaning your not famous...but "sexy" means you are famous regardless of the definition of fame..yknow...your inner fame, that is in all of us....so what im trying to say is.....the song title is saying that you are famous...even though your not.....(i did bad job xplaining this...-_-*)...
