maybe im just high but i think this song is actually someone trying to understand himself and the nature of his existence, but he realizes that to understand his existence, he has to first understand the universe and the nature of IT'S existence. he tries to for his entire life but now he thinks it was all just a big waste of time and nothing should have ever happened. i dunno if thats right but this is an amazing song!
