Ok, so, like, I'm an old guy (51), so somebody needs to explain to me why I'm listening to SOAD anyway, but....
If you read up on the history of Armenia, it will shed a lot of light on SOAD's lyrics for you.
With all the warring that has gone on in that area, using Armenia as basically target practice, much of the mystery of SOAD's lyrics is easily explained. Read the Wiki on it, and then let's discuss what "I know how I feel / I don't know how I feel" means.
