Nope. It's our mouth. We use our mouth to taste things. So, when he says, I wanna taste you one more time again (kissing, sex, something like that), he's lusting for her. Furthermore, this guy is just selfish. "In my daydreams, in my sleep, infatuation turning into disease" - Here, he states that he has "infatuation" for her. NOT LOVE. And later in the song, he dares to ask for "her LOVE" when he himself doesn't even love her? This guy is shallow and selfish.
