This guy was old but to Lou very charming "Pass my bag I picked up that bra you fancied Yes I knew that you wanted me" a bit like the Nice Guy Eddie character in Reservoir Dogs but his heart was "dicky", and the song says the rest. If you look at the booklet for The It Girl, you'll see Lou and the band pictured in and around Valletta in Malta, so maybe theres some connection?
