I think it's about the narrator witnessing his father raping or having sex with young girls. Or how his father raped his mother as a young girl. Now he rapes/has sex with young girls or has done it in the past and blames his father for giving him the desire to do so. He feels either so bad about what he did or witnessed he wants to kill him self or at least get rid of these times of confusion and emotional anguish.
At the end he addresses and blames his father,
