Drop the World Lyrics

This song is very well put together. This is my interpretation. Just my interpretation.

The song seems to have come out of voicing pain from the human condition. Pointing philosophically at the idea that WE ARE ONE MIND (passing information back and forth like neurons of a larger collective mind.)

Ever since MIND has driven bodies, especially humans, we've become "frostbitten" with "ice in our veins". Being individuals drove us to war with one another, and that makes us cold hearted and lonely.

"if only you could see just how lonely and how cold, and frostbit i've become"

This fact, that WE ARE ONE, is something that Controllers of the World, or THE MAN, would NOT want you to know, --"uhh... i know what THEY don't want to tell YOU. just hope your heaven sent, and you're hell proof."

Here, Lil' Wayne might be implying that what he knows about this conspiracy might include a belief that there are disasters coming, (just hope your heaven sent, and you're hell proof) courtesy of hidden societies like maybe FreeMasons, or Illuminati, who are to mention very involved with the music industry in a way that they make sure that the right messages get out (keep 'em dumb and keep 'em consuming) and make sure that the dangerous messages don't get out ("WE ARE ONE), which in knowing just how connected we are, we'd realize our potential and that would be the doom of societies like Freemasons.

So really, Lil' Wayne is biting the hand that feeds (freemasonic music industry) and letting us know that despite the nature of things, he believes the "nights full of pain" have only made him, and us, STRONGER.

"my word is my pride, but wisdom is bleak, and that's a word from the wise, served to survive" seems to imply that all this wisdom has only "served to survive", only gotten us by, one step at a time, until we actually make something of this world!

Eminem starts his flow explaining how painful and lonely it has been since we've been separated from the Grace of God, or Collective Mind. There is a WALL between you and me. Us and Them. You and God. Any two people, any two nations, there is a WALL between us, which represents the obstacle that must be broken down before we UNITE!

"My back's against the WALL, and when push comes to shove I just stand up and say fuck 'em all!"

He's upset with anyone who has pushed him further behind his Own Wall.

The time for us to Wake Up is NOW! "These walls are closing in, this roof is caving in!"

With his realization of where we came from and where we are going, all it has taken get to this level of the world is TIME. And Eminem "took the time". He "stole that clock".

Eminem will spread this modern wisdom with his amazing mad flow skills. Especially in this song.

All his fame means nothing compared to the pride he takes in using his talent for Waking Us Up!

"Better be careful when you bring my name up Fuck this fame that ain't what I came to claim but the Game ain't gonna be the same on the day that I leave it. But i swear one way or another i'm gonna make these fuckin haters Believe. I swear to God, I won't spare the rod, I'm a man of my Word, so y'all fuckin heads Better Nod"

This World was meant to show us great Wisdom, that comes out of our "nights full of Pain" this World only made us Stroger! All this Time that was Taken, all this Bleak Wisdom, showed us all what we now know!

"This World is my Easter Egg! Prepare to Die!"

Hope you gathered good knowledge out of life. It ironically comes out of our pain and struggles and THAT is the main Point here. Like a Diamond in the Rough.

My Interpretation

so true!!! That's exactly the same interpretation i got from it as well.
