I get something along the same lines as Makashiro. I imagine the politician, only in it for the money and power, who sets up a photo shoot (of the baby-kissing type) only to improve his image. Or the doctor who has similar motives and doesn't actually care about helping people. Only, no one likes being told to "sit down and shut up" while their misfortunes are used for someone else's self-serving agenda. Maybe she's speaking out against this?
