The show wasn't cancelled, it happened in my town. He just went away and they brought up some random kid from the crowd to do a couple songs with them. They're supposed to do a free show there to make it up but it was not cancelled.

The aclohol has made him numb but it doesn't fix anything and its not a way to live, but he still hides behind it.
